The rental area will include a private bedroom, shared bath.

-This area is meant for one

-No Pets, No Drugs, no smoking including THC products (Drinking is fine)

Everyone in the house is mid 22 to early 40s

Security deposit $1280

Cleaning deposit $150

We're pretty laid back, as long as you're clean, quiet during sleeping hours, independent and not trouble, you'll fit in just fine.
