Double-size sleeper sofa in good condition. Pull-out is easy and the mattress is reasonably comfortable for a sleeper. It is clean, no stains, from a smoke-free home so doesn't smell bad. Previous owners had dogs that did lay on it. but they cleaned it before selling. It has some slight fraying on one cushion corner. Will include a sheet set.
