Has optional safety hooks as well as wheels to dolly the ladder with. Don’t have to pick up the ladder to move it. Either way it’s Just rolls on the wheels. Collapses all the way down to 45”. The hooks add 5” when installed.
Purchased this and decided I don’t need one this tall. I was unable to return it so I’m selling it to hopefully recoup some of what I paid.
