This is an antique Columbia hand-crank washing machine.

This full-size version was likely manufactured by the Benbow Manufacturing Co. in St. Louis, Missouri. The design has a patent date of December 3, 1895. It features a wooden tub with an interior agitator turned by the hand crank and cast iron gears. There are a couple broken pieces of wood and a missing bracket to hold the hand lever.
