• Star Link Satellite Internet! Perfect internet and cell service anywhere on the lake!\
• 200 Gallon Toy Tank with gas pump! \

• Wave Runner Crane and carts so you can put them on the 2nd deck while you travel.\
• This houseboat is pulled out of the water each week for full maintenance. There are many advantages to this! The gas in Page is much cheaper than on the lake! They allow you to sleep on the boat in the parking lot the night before it is launched! This also allows you to be able to pull cars, trucks etc, up to the houseboat to load and unload food, toys, wave runners, etc. You will understand how big this is if you have ever had to haul your stuff down the docs to a houseboat. There is also a Walmart down the street where you can buy anything you will need for the trip! \

You can also request additional freezers, ice, sleeping pads, gas tanks, etc. This company has been great to work with and we appreciate how nice they keep this boat! \

• They launch the boat on Saturday morning and retrieve it on Friday morning. You can load and sleep on the boat Friday night in the parking lot. \

-Launch and retrieve cost $2000 (includes overnight stay in houseboat prior to launch. -Yearly Maintenance Deposit $3200
