My dad bought these pieces at a design shop near the old wharf in San Francisco. It was delivered to us in 1978 to go in our new home he had just custom built in Lindon. My wife and I have owned it now since 2001 when I bought it from them. From being in Storage for almost a year, it gathered some dust and the hammock in the loveseat had all but given out, so my wife and I re braided the hammock In the same fashion it was originally, with the same rope material, and we have extra. The sheepskins are brand new and come with their own sack and brush. We have never tried to refinish it because the redwood is still beautiful. I was told that it is made from the redwood Roots that were mined after a big fire in the redwood forest, the Roots stayed on fire for years and carved out a really unique design property to the wood. This set was appraised 10 years ago for my home insurance at 55,000. I am needing 19500.00 (bargain) It is in my garage, and we have decided to take the Rv route into retirement so I don’t want to store it. Family heirloom almost 50 years old. 1 loveseat, 2 sheepskins, single slab back.
2 single super wide chairs 1 sheepskin each.
Large display table with crossed roots for legs, single slab.
Each chair and loveseat has a right and left arm drink holder/plate holder.(my dad displayed his Bear and javelina skulls on them) Please serious inquiries only, we need the money, would consider trading for quickly sale able items. Super sacrifice to sell something you always dreamed would be in a cabin of your own, but I don’t, so if you do, this is a MUST SEE. I cannot deliver other than drive the car. I’m willing to get a trailer, you load and unload. Really heavy! Thanks for the look!
