Selling my 2000 Mallard 23D camp trailer (by Fleetwood RV). I bought this in 2020, and it has been awesome for my young family. However, since my kids are getting older, we recently upgraded to a toy hauler. To schedule a time to come see it, I am available most week nights after 6:00 pm, and most Saturdays and Sundays. What Works and Features:

• Fridge: Dual propane or electric.
• Water Heater: Dual propane or electric (yes, I said electric).
• Propane 3-burner stove top and oven.
• Propane forced air heater.
• A/C (can only run when using the 30 amp plug).
• Bathroom: Toilet, tub/shower, and small sink.
• All lights were replaced with LED bulbs.
• Thick “blackout” curtains that make it nice if you want to sleep in late.
• 2 basin kitchen sink.
• 1X Queen bed in the front with awesome bedding storage underneath.
• 1X Dinette that converts into a bed (2 kids or 1 adult comfortably). The size seems to be slightly larger than a twin-sized bed.
• 1X Sofa that converts into a full-sized bed (2 kids or 1 adult comfortably). Outside storage on the front of the trailer under the front bed area.
• 2X 5-gallon propane tanks.
• Exterior awning that is not ripped. The previous owners fitted two gutter drainage pipes over the awning to keep the sun from destroying it.
• 2X 6 volt golf cart batteries wired in series to output 12 volts. I have struggled with the reliability of 12-volt batteries in an RV, and I have never had issues with these 6-volt batteries. Note: The batteries are not currently on the front of the trailer since I store them in my garage during the winter. If you do not want the 6 volt batteries, I can trade you for the large group F27 12 volt battery currently on my toy hauler.
• Bumper pull, tandem axle, trailer brakes.
• Rear receiver hitch with trailer light plug. I have only used this to haul a bike rack or a carry rack for a generator.
• I have applied thick white RV roof paint every other year to keep the roof sealed.
• I have covered it every winter since I bought it.
• It has been winterized every year since I bought it.

-Has been very low-maintenance, and I have not had much trouble with it.

Issues:

• The dinette table had a golf ball sized dent in it when I bought it. I filled it in with some silicone to keep dust and moisture out.
• One of the overhead cubbord door's mirror broke. I plan on putting a wood insert in it as a replacement.
• One of my kids lost the keys to the outside storage doors on the front of the trailer. The two outside front storage doors are unlocked, but I have not replaced the locks. There is a rear outside shower access that is locked that will require the lock to be drilled out if you want to use it.
