No rips or tears in leather. side hooks for each piece to lock them together. Charging outlets in console. Daisy chain plugs for each piece so you only need 1 or 2 outlets depending on how you set it up. Right arm recliner foot rest sinks when fully extended because of kids sitting on it. All recliners recline and each recliner has its own charger.
