1969 396 bbc short block standard bore never machined. and a set of 66 396 or 427 closed chamber heads that wil turn this into a 390 HP 396 would be a great steert motor. I got the engine and heads broke down and I am getting them all cleaned and everything checked, and getting the block magna fluxed. so the price may stay or go up more
