If you don’t need the propane kit, take $50.00 off the asking price. I bought the heater and conversion kit a couple of years ago and never installed it as I went a different direction. It has been stored indoors the entire time. There is minor cosmetic damage to the cabinet that does not effect the operation, nor integrity of the system.
