A digital panal features seven modes that provide instant exercise feedback as you exercise. These seven modes are--elapsed time, speed in miles per hour, distance traveled in miles (if a distance goal is set, the display showes the remaining distance to reach your goal), calories burned, total distance that the bike has been used since purchase, heart rate in beats per minute and a scan of the above for a few seconds.
