I bought this building 3 years ago from Quality Carports in Payson. It was installed professionally. It is 40 PSF snow load certified. It can withstand up to 115 MPH wind load. The garage is 24x50x12, but the roof peak is around 18’. It’s in nearly perfect condition, the man door on the left side has a wood door frame that is weathered. The door itself is metal. I spent over $35,000 between the building and the custom garage door.
