This house is the one that makes the sounds and has the party room add in that makes the height extends to 29 inches. (The roof is removable and dollhouse can be played without it). The rooms can be removed and changed around as well. The dollhouse by itself retails for around $140 and each room retails for around $20, so the retail on this thing would be around $250 since there are extra characters included and the party roof as well. Pictures show what is included. Last picture is a stock photos. Everything you see here is included in the price. Very minimal signs of wear. In great condition. Does not come apart for transporting.
