VenmoThis is a "Campsite" model Springbar tent (model 3401). They discontinued them around 2004, according to Springbar. The Campsite is a smaller version of the (current) Traveller model and has the front awning. This is NOT the same tent as the Compact, which is smaller and does not have an awning.
Size: 7' X 10' Inside height: just under 6'
Comes with all the original goodies: canvas ground mat, poles, stakes, mallet, mini broom, zip-on hanging storage, and storage bags. The kit is missing the tie down strings for the front awning, but thats a cheap and simple thing to get at any store.
The tent is in really great condition! No mold, the zippers all work, no tears or holes anywhere. All of the pieces are here and everything works - we set it up to check. Theres a little red discoloration from the red dirt we have around here. The only damage to report is a rip on the very top of the tent storage bag, but it does not affect containing the tent. (You might be able to get Springbar to make a new one, or a patch strip would fix it)
The tent was last used years ago when my dad was in Scouts. Great size for 1-2 adults. This would make a great personal tent, hunting tent, kids tent, or privacy tent.
