2018 heartland Sundance 40 ft long, double axel, 3 pop outs. Super roomy camper with tons of storage. Washer and dryer hookups in front room closet and outside kitchen. Super big storage compartment under the trailer. Trailer does have some wear and tear from previous owners and needs some love just don’t have time to fix.

Front bedroom slide needs some work and has a hard time going in and out without help. One of the grey tanks has a leaking valve and need replaced. Rear ac unit needs a new fan motor it is going out. Couches are peeling and recliner cables are broken.

Also comes with Anderson hitch.

Over all not a bad camper just needs a little love with someone who has the time. OBO No trades still do owe on it.
