Prada is a 7-year-old buckskin Pinto Gypsy Vanner mare who has spent the last five months in professional training and continues to develop into a lovely, willing partner. She has been hauled to many new places and handles new environments confidently, making her an enjoyable horse to take out and continue progressing with.

She walk, trots, and canters under saddle and has a naturally fantastic stop. Prada has done well on trail rides and has proven to be level-headed and sensible outside of the arena. She has no buck, rear, bite, or stable vices. She has a willing attitude and is the first to meet me at the gait.

She trailers well, settles easily in new places, and has been introduced to the beginnings of liberty work, including lay down and sit, showing her intelligence and trainability.

Prada is still developing strength and balance and is currently learning to better lift through her shoulders and carry herself correctly. Because of this, she is best suited for an intermediate or confident rider working with a trainer rather than a beginner at this time.

She continues to improve with standing tied patiently for longer periods and for the farrier. She has made significant progress — previously requiring sedation for trimming but now standing much easier without it as her confidence has increased.

Prada carries one copy of PSSM1, which has been successfully managed without any symptoms through proper diet and routine.
