Like all my glow cups this cup is motion activated. Just drop your lure into the cup to turn on the UV LED’s to charge up your lure, and the cup will shut itself off automatically after 25-30 seconds. Built in On/Off switch to cut power to the cup when not in use. There are 2-4 status lights in the bottom of the cup that indicate that power to the cup is on and it’s ready to charge up your lure.
The battery will light up the UV LED’s for up to 6.5 hours, but with the UV lights on for 30 seconds at a time the cup will last for days of use between battery charges. The cup will last in standby mode for up to 65 hours. You will love this cup!
