VenmoPRICE IS FIRM. Cart is in working order. All locks working. Comes with two keys. 1 key is for Top and bottom locks keyed alike and second key is for middle, which is keyed different. Please note there are no hinges or struts on flip top so it will swing all the way open. Back has a pretty good size dent which is shown in photos. Pitting/rust can be found on chrome portions of cart. Homemade screwdriver prybar holder has been screwed to the side of cart. Shown in photos. Cart will need a good cleaning. First come first served. Will not hold.
