We have some likely fertile ostrich eggs! Our eggs have a high fertility rate, but we still get nonfertile eggs every now and then. We also have eggs available for eating purposes for $35. Ostrich eggs are similar to chicken eggs when scrambled, though they do tend to be fluffier. One ostrich egg is about the equivalent of 20-24 chicken eggs.
