Our band is Occupational Therapy. Covering our favorite rock tunes is our haven away from the stresses of life and work.

We all have jobs, families, and lives outside of music, so this is just for fun - but our goal is to be as good as we can and do a stellar, faithful job of recreating the songs people know and love.

The current iteration of our band was launched in 2025 and we got things together just in time to do two shows last summer. We're looking to build momentum this spring and then do as many gigs as our schedules allow in Summer 2026!

Here's more about us and what we're looking for:\

• Rhythm guitarist - if you can/like playing lead, there's room for us to have 2 co-lead/rhythm players\

• Bonus points if you can sing - whether backup harmonies, or even if you want lead on some songs. We love having multiple lead vocalists so we can cover a wider variety of material.\
• We try to rehearse once a week. It usually works out to 2-3x/month. We rehearse at our band leader's house in Lehi near point of the mountain.\
• We're family friendly in our choice of songs, venues, and events - no late night weekends at the bar type gigs\
• Our Culture - we range from 30's to 60's in age but consider each other good friends. No egos here - we film our rehearsals and give each other feedback for improvement. Be willing to take and give feedback.
