For sale is a premium, matched set of 4 vintage Canon FD primes, professionally converted to EF mount. This kit is built around the "Holy Grail" 55mm f/1.2 S.S.C. Aspherical and 85mm f/1.2 S.S.C. Aspherical.

As DPs and collectors know, these two Aspherical lenses share the exact same optical design and glass as the famed Canon K35 cinema lenses. They deliver that iconic vintage look—creamy skin tones, expressive flares, and sharpness that rivals modern glass—ready to mount instantly on RED, ARRI, Canon, or Komodo cameras.

The Kit Includes (4 Lenses + Nanuk Case):

1. 55mm f/1.2 S.S.C. ASPHERICAL: The crown jewel. K35 optical twin.

2. 85mm f/1.2 S.S.C. ASPHERICAL: The ultimate portrait lens. K35 optical twin.

3. 35mm f/2.0 S.S.C. (Concave): The sharp, thoriated version. A perfect aesthetic match to the Asphericals.

4. 135mm f/2.0: Fast telephoto with gorgeous compression.

5. Nanuk 918 Hard Case: Includes custom laser-cut foam for this specific set.

The "Cine-Mod" Build: All lenses have been professionally converted to EF Mount by Simmod Lens with:

• Mount: Professional Simmod/EdMika Brass EF conversion.

• Iris: De-clicked apertures for smooth iris pulls.

• Focus gears

• Fronts: Unified 77mm cine-rings for consistent matte box/filter use.

Condition Report:

• Mechanics: Focus rings are smooth and consistent. Apertures are snappy and de-clicked professionally.

• Cosmetics: The barrels are in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age.

• Optics: The glass shoots beautifully with no haze, fungus, or separation.

• Visual Inspection: To the naked eye, the front and rear elements appear clean and free of cleaning marks or scratches.

• Vintage Disclosure: As with almost all Asphericals of this era, there is some internal dust and "Schneideritis" (internal rim paint flecking) visible under strong light. This is a common characteristic of these hand-painted vintage elements and does not sit in the optical path or affect image quality.

Note: This set features the 35mm f/2 Concave to round out the wide end, rather than the 35mm Aspherical.
