This has been useful for extra guests in a smaller space. The twin mattress doesn’t have any stains and is comfortable enough to give them a decent night sleep, not so comfortable that they stay too long :-). Has he seen from the pictures? Some of the edges are a bit worn but overall it actually is in really good shapestructurally. Let me know if you have questions.
