VenmoI have a 1967 AMC Jeep CJ5 with the factory Dauntless 225 V6, 3spd, with a Warn overdrive I was going to body swap a 1953 Willys M38A1 body onto as a restomod military tribute vehicle. The M38A1 tub, hood, fenders, grill, springs, etc. have been sandblasted. There is some light surface rust on these parts from storage in a shed. I have the M38A1 gas tank as well. The major rust/dents have been removed and replaced except for 1 spot we discovered on the firewall after sandblasting. I have a CJ3B cowl/firewall I will include for patch steel. The 1967 body is complete minus the grill. I have extra CJ5/M38A1 body parts, fenders, etc. 2 extra transmissions. 1 set of 5 15” CJ5 wheels and tires 1 set of 4 15” early CJ3A (more military looking) wheels. Roll bar. Split windshield. Bumperettes. Soft door frames. The only thing I was missing is seat frames and a top of some sort. Anything CJ5 / M38A1 related will be included in this lot. The Warn overdrive is worth $1K alone. The 1967 ran until my son put the fan through the radiator after we removed the grill. New aluminum radiator included. The first 2 pictures in the ad are of a restored 1953 M38A1 and a restored 1967 CJ5. Restored CJ5’s go for $15K on up while restored M38A1’s are going for as much as $30K. I’m focusing on my 1945 Willys MB/Ford GPW ‘tossed salad’ project. Asking $4500 for the CJ5 / M38A1 project, but reasonable offers will be considered. I have titles for both the 1967 and the 1953. Located near the Riverton/Herriman, UT border approximately 14000 S and 5000 West.
