This is plate number 16797 A of a limited edition of the Walt Disney Company's "Alice in Wonderland", the third issue in the Disney Treasured Moments collection.

• In rich, brilliant color on fine porcelain, fired for permanence.
• Individually hand-numbered. Unfortunately, I cannot find the Certificate of Authenticity.
• Plate measures 8.25 inches in diameter.
• In excellent condition and contained within it's original protective packaging.
