This is a 196 from a Coleman CT200u It has stock internal’s except the valve springs have been changed to 18 pound. The governor is gone. Cast aluminum fly wheel, Nibbi pe22, new coil, new 30 series torque converter, new belt. Two front sprockets to choose from. Brand new pull starter. The green paint is real automotive paint not spray paint. No fuel tank currently but I may change my mind and throw one in. I just had it open and it needs a new gasket for the case and new oil. I was building and could not get everything to work together and decided to go a different direction.
