VenmoThis is Jek, (named after a Star Wars Clone Trooper). He is an approximately 2 year old male lab mix with a lot of energy. He is about 50-60 lbs., neutered, chipped, and so very smart. He is good with other dogs and cats. He is potty trained and knows how to use the dog door. He is working on his leash skills, crate training, and tethering. He knows sit, wait, shake, touch, and is working on others basic commands. He does great when he is with people, has access to a yard and space to play. He has some anxiety and doesn't do well being left alone for long periods of time. He tends to escape his kennel when left for too long. He would be an excellent adventure buddy.
Jek needs a family with room to play and a yard to run in. He would really benefit from having another dog sibling. He is a big boy and sometimes forgets how strong he is when jumping and playing, so he might be a little too much for little kiddos. He needs people who can help him with his boundaries and work on his anxiety.
Do you have room in your life for this handsome boy? He will come with food, feeder dishes, toys, and supplies. He has everything he needs except the right fit in a family. As his foster family, we are asking a small ($100) rehoming fee so we can make sure he goes to someone with the best intentions. We will negotiate that for the right family.
