I bought this smart thermostat and extra temperature sensor new two years ago, it's still in excellent condition and works perfectly. I'm moving into a new place that already has a smart thermostat so I no longer need this. It's really easy to install. The extra temperature sensor is to put in another room so you can see the temperature of it, and adjust the thermostat to go off that room if you want.
