ApplePayi built this bunny hutch years ago for our beloved french lop to sleep in at night when she wasnt in the house. there is a private litter box room with wire underneath and a plastic tray slides out underneath to catch any poops that arent in the box. there is also a lookout post on top of the litter room.
i was going to build doors for the bottom but decided not to. its just open for storage. although it could be opened up with a ladder for more space. or be turned into a 2nd hutch. i could add doors for you or modify any part of it to fit your needs. the top floor has laminate flooring to make cleaning easy. we could do whatever you want.
i moved to a new house and my bunny passed away and i dont really have a use for it anymore. it could be used for quail or a couple chickens or something. its on wheels so that we could wheel it to the end of the garage and hose it out/clean it out. the backside has two large doors so you can clean from the other side.
its heavy but it is super solid and the big wheels make it really easy to move around. i probably spent $800-1000 on materials to build it. all the trim, hinges, latches added up quick. i built it to last a lifetime.
i also have a bunch of food and supplies you can have. price is OBO. but be reasonable. come by and take a look.
located in white city.u will need a trailer with a ramp. i can help move or deliver for additional fee. uhaul utility trailer is like $45-50, plus my gas. but i can get it to you if needed.
