We’re moving out next Saturday (the 28th) and need someone to take over our lease within the next 2 weeks!

To make this easy, we’ll pay you $500 cash to help with rent + the application fee.

Rent & Lease:

• $1,345 base rent (utilities extra)
• March 1 – July 31 (option to renew)
• Lease transfer handled directly through Aspen Ridge Management

Apartment:

• Spacious 1 bed / 1 bath (feels bigger than most 1-beds)
• In-unit washer & dryer (huge plus)
• Dishwasher
• New, very nice appliances
• Clean, modern, and well cared for

Location (huge perk):

• Right next to the Provo Rec Center
• Park directly across the street
• BYU Ryde shuttle 2 blocks away
• Quiet area + amazing ward

We LOVE living here — we’re only moving for family reasons and ended up with two leases.

If you move in partway through March, you only pay for the days you live here (not the full month, we'll cover the rest).
