two 5 lb kettlebells, two 9 lb kettlebells, two 13 lb kettlebells, two 18 lb kettlebells, one 26 lb kettlebell, one 44 lb kettlebell

Set of Dumbbells:

one set of 3 lbs dumbbells, one set of 5 lb dumbbells, one set of 8 lb dumbbells, one set of 12 lb dumbbells, one set of 15 lb dumbbells, one set of 25 lb dumbbells

Set of Straightbars:

one 5 lb straight bar, one 10 lb straight bar, one 12 lb straight bar, one 15 lb straight bar, one 20 lb straight bar, one 25 lb straight bar, one 30 lb straight bar

Set of Barbell, clips and plates:

one barbell, two clips, two 2.5 lb plates, two 5 lb plates, two 10 lb plates, two 25 lb plates
