12’6 garage fits two seat can am or 5 dirt bikes. King bed Super sofa option. (Seats 5) all recline. Two are heated. Washer and dryer Onan 5500 1100 hours 3 slides Fireplace Propane 10 gallon hot water.

RV is on good condition. We have used this a lot for racing and hunting. Everything works.

Some of the trim inside has come off over time. Generator exhaust is bent. Front 8’ of roof came apart. It’s been replaced with a commercial Fibertite membrane that is much better. Not the prettiest but it doesn’t leak. Been fixed for over 2 years. No problems. No damage to sheeting.
