Full retail value is about $27,000. Full resale value is about $18,000. This fluctuates often, as the business is still running as we speak with inventory coming and going.

Feel free to keep the lease at the storage unit and everything. Literally everything aside from the storage facility itself comes with the purchase (pallet racking, ladder stairs, computer and shipping station)

I moved out of state a few months ago and hired this out and it's not fun anymore now that I have to do everything from a distance, while also juggling other business ventures.
