ZelleIf you are looking for a week on a houseboat, we are selling week on a 60 foot Stardust Houseboat at Bullfrog. No turnaround fees. We have a few weeks available but will have no more than 14 total weeks on the boat. This is a fantastic boat. Own for less than the cost to rent. Our owners (currently 11 owners) are very responsible and expect the same from new owners. Maintenance is performed every year and as needed. We are now looking for up to 3 new owners to help share maintenance costs. Expected maintenance are to be $3,000 (based on 3 new owners) for owned week and as low as $1,000 for additional off peak weeks used. (Unsold weeks are available to existing owners on a first come first served basis.)
We have the following weeks available, although we will not sell more than 4 of the weeks, the others will be kept for any owner use:

Houseboat is out of Bullfrog Marina and is currently at Off Shore Marina.
Boat has a full kitchen and includes 2 refrigerator/freezers, microwave, gas stove, full set of dishes and utensils for 16. Pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker and blender. It has a full screened front deck, with a large BBQ and chest freezer. The living room includes a flat screen T.V. and DVD player. Beds for 10 adults inside, four staterooms (3 queen beds and 1 full) and a leather sofa sleeper. A/C. The boat also includes individual mattresses for sleeping on the upper deck. There are also 2 restrooms (one in the hallway and one in the master bedroom.) The upper deck has a covered fly bridge with rope lighting. PWC hoist, lounge chairs and patio chairs, mattresses cushions for sleeping. A water slide for great fun and a sound system. The houseboat has a Solar power system to run most everything keeping your fuel costs down to a minimum. There is also a generator and (2) V8 Mercuiser drive motors. Two huge fresh water storage tanks, and two fuel play tanks for all your toys. There are 2 helms, one upstairs and one inside. Great group of long-standing owners.
