I got this wheeler as a parts bike and ended up fixing it to resale it.

I've done quite a bit of work on this quad. It has a rebuilt top end (new cylinder, new piston and rings, adjusted valves, new timing chain and guides) it has a new front brake master cylinder. Reupholstered the seat with new foam. engine oil change and new oil filter.

I also added a new battery and a new starter solenoid.

There are a few things that quad could have improved:

1. The neutral light does not come on. The neutral safety switch is working so its something in the wiring. It goes into neutral fine its just the light.

2. The front brakes need to be bled properly. I can't seem to get the air out of the lines. (Rear brakes and engine brake works great)

3. Its missing the y breather pipe for the clutch cover ($50 on ebay)

4. The carb could use a rebuild eventually. The float valve gets stuck sometimes after sitting after you get it unstuck It works fine.

There are a few cosmetic flaws but its a pretty good looking quad. It will also have the right side engine cover (not pictured) It also has upgraded led headlights.

Its a great running bike! High, low, reverse and 4x4 all work as expected.
