The bike is set up as a throttle only cruiser/moped, but if you ever wanted to turn it into a pedal bike you just have to by a chain cog that you can just screw on and a chain, which total about 35 dollars on Amazon. The bike will come with the original wall charger and keys to the bike and battery. it still folds up like originaly.
