Description The Extacy 13 is a beautifully crafted depower kite (typical of FlySurfer). It's easy to inflate and rises willingly. Its maneuverability is also good, quite fast considering its size. It doesn't handle gusty winds as well, which might also depend on the rider. Getting airborne is no problem, but once up there, it needs to be actively flown. Simply putting it down isn't enough, at least not in lighter winds. It's a great kite... a more detailed description will follow shortly...
