Famag 10qt spiral mixer in near perfect condition. This mixer does what no KitchenAid or Hobart will ever be able to, mix up to 20lbs of flour, water and salt into silky smooth dough. There's no need to do batches that big however, this mixer is just as happy mixing 2lbs as 20 and with the spiral hook and breaker bar, it puts less heat into the dough and develops gluten in a way that's not possible with other mixer types. This results in consistent and fluffy bread loaves. Serious bread bakeries use spiral mixers for this reason and this is the largest model that still runs on a standard 110v outlet.
