You will get two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), one large living room and one full bathroom. Total basement space is about 1100 sq ft. Shared entrance and the kitchen are upstairs. There’s an additional fridge and a microwave in the basement. Garage space for a motorcycle. Large fenced backyard and a neighborhood park across the street. Quiet neighborhood. $1200, month to month. $600 refundable security deposit.

The house is located in a well maintained neighborhood around 6200s and 5600w, Kearns 84118.

Ideally, I'm looking for just one person who needs some extra space but if you already have a friend or roommate I could rent individual bedrooms for $700 per room (including all utilities) with an option to use two private bathrooms. No preference for age or gender. No couples. Pets negotiable.

I'm in my 30's and generally work full-time as an Analyst. I love travelling and have been to over 25 countries. I’m very laid back and easy going whenever needed. Otherwise, I keep to myself. I don't drink but I don't care if you do. 420 friendly. No large parties. The house is always kept clean and quiet and I would like to keep it that way.
