RARE FIND!!! I Only Opened it for the 1st time today to take these pictures! I had hoped to gift this to my daughter one day, but I never had any children of my own.
As Kristi Yamaguchi is such an INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN and WARRIOR QUEEN.... I Promise A Portion of the Proceeds Will Be Donated to Kristi Yamaguchi's Incredible Non-profit Always Reading Program, "ALWAYS DREAM"!!!
The 1st Woman I want to EMPOWER will be 80 year's old on October 31st this year and her Florida home is falling apart, due to damage caused by 2 Hurricane's nearly 2 year's ago!!! Her insurance company refused to pay for a new roof, claiming her home was too old, but they Gladly Accepted HER MONEY to pay for their "supposed insurance coverage"!
Then, being the TCB (Take Care of Business) kinda person that I am, we reached out to FEMA, to no avail, as FEMA's local Hotline number was constantly busy!!! When I finally did get through on FEMA's National number, I was told we had just missed the deadline to apply, but we could still apply, be denied, and apply again with NO PROMISES of getting help for her and her fa!mily! BOTH of my calls we DISCONNECTED as the FEMA agent had barely begun the application process!
Her youngest son left his job of 25 year's to come home and be an UNPAID CAREGIVER to his Mama and Uncle. He is a MAN UP MAN and a retired Military Veteran, whom I GREATLY ADMIRE AND RESPECT!!! His Uncle, whom he takes care of, is also a Veteran. When I sent him to the local Veterans Affairs office, to see if he could get paid for being a caregiver or get help of ANY KIND... they would not help him! I was SHOCKED and APPALLED! That's WHY I am doing this to help them get a New Home!!!
I just realized it is 2:22 p.m. in Milano, Italy. That's the time the next woman whom I want to EMPOWER died and came back after being in a 2 1/2 turn rollover car accident in her truck, RUSTY III, 11 year's ago as of January 26th. She's had long hard recovery and has been unable to work due to severe neck, spinal, and other health issues. Her SSI Attorney fired himself from her case! Stating: "In 30 year's of practice, I've never seen such an UNJUST CASE AS YOURS!!!" She went to court, the judge awarded her 4 year's of backpay and SSI has still NOT PAID IT!!! Nor do they plan to! This accident literally turned her life upside down! Speaking of the Olympics, she jokes how she almost did a TRIPLE! Ha! Ha! Ironically enough, it was another 80 year old lady who was the one that ran a red light and plowed into her truck RUSTY III's fuel tank! Which MIRACULOUSLY was Empty and she was on her way to Fill It Up! On her good day's she jokes about getting beat up and having a few teeth knocked out, by an 80 year old lady! Who was not hurt by the way! Of course!
These are just 2 of the Women, that I Admire and Love Dearly and want to EMPOWER AGAIN!
This is the 1st type of Fundraiser I've ever really attempted! I personally have traveled all over the USA, Central, and South America EMPOWERING WOMEN and FAMILIES for going on 35 year's now!!! I've never had nor been a Non-profit. I worked, gathered donations, shopped the sales, and depended on the good Lord above to make up for the rest after doing my best!
Anyone who ever said Charity service or Humanitarian work is easy, just WROTE a CHECK!!! Ha! Ha! I am asking for the right person do that right now!
