Home in Draper near the Rec Center, 2 private bed and 1 bath (other than guest usage). 2nd bedroom can be used as office, gaming, etc. space.

Large garage, should fit 2 vehicles + motorcycle (Should being the keyword)

Basement has a bedroom, kitchenette, large living room, and plenty of storage.

Main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is in the master suite), and 2 large living rooms (we can turn 1 into the dining room).

Thinking of making the basement a movie room or something, but I am open to discussing other options! Either way, plenty of space for you to decide whether you’d like a lot of your own space or to hang out.

Hi! I am a 25 year old Bible College graduate. I currently serve in the UTNG and work as a substitute teacher, as well as occasional gig work. I have 3 cats with plenty of things for them to scratch, automatic litterbox, feeder, and waterer.

I am looking at renting this home but require a roommate to make it happen. The owners are aware of this and are giving me time to find someone. Total rent is $2595/mo, so roughly $1300 for each of us + utilities.

I am gone Tuesday (and possibly Thursday) evenings to help out with my church’s youth group and lead a young adults group. I may also occasionally host Bible studies and such, but you would be under absolutely no obligation to participate!!
