I bought this 1975 DT250 in Iowa in 2024. It’s time for me to pass it on. This bike hasn’t been registered since possibly 1989 so no title ever came with it. Bill of sale.

I’ve done a ton of work on this motorcycle.

Biggest Pros: -New clutch -New $700 VAPE 12 volt electric system. -Tires are almost new -Seat was redone -Oil pump works great -Transmission is crisp -Starts up very easily (tuned for 5000ft) -Newer carburetor (OKO flat slide) -Comes with 2 sets of rear shocks for various weights -new brake shoes -frame is in good shape -fuel tank is in good shape -new throttle cable Cons: -Oil pump needs to be hooked up to the split throttle to work without premix, the cable on the oil pump side is not long enough. -the fork seals were replaced, but didn’t hold very well, so it still leaks a little bit out of the forks -engine still has good compression but it wouldn’t hurt to do a top end within the next two years\

• leaks a tiny bit of oil out of the shifter seal over time.\
• needs a title for highway use (I’ve been using it as a dirtbike basically)
