This is a brand new king size 4-inch cotton shikibuton (Japanese futon) or foldable futon couch mattress. We just received it, opened the package, saw it was too big for our set up and never slept on it or used it at all. It is brand new.

Was $450 new. Bought online and we believed we could test and swap, or return it if it was too big because they put on the listing a 30 day exchange and return program. We went to exchange it, and they said the company does not allow exchanges or returns on mattresses. Nothing is wrong with it—we simply need a different size/setup.
