Pico the male Parrotlet, about 2 years old. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old unfortunately we are having a baby and I don’t have the space to keep him. Tends to prefer females although with some training could likely adapt. Can say some words and phrases. I really do enjoy his little presence in my house, space is the only issue. Birds are not for everyone they are loud and messy. They bite and can be difficult to win over their trust. Pico does better with clipped wings he gets very hormonal and a big attitude when he’s fully flighted. He’s only ever intentionally bit me hard when he’s fully flighted. Much more mellow bird with clipped wings. Has a very large cage I would prefer to keep him in. Located in rexburg.
