This game is not complete, I bought it used and it was incomplete when I got it. It's missing a banner or two, or maybe a figure or two. Possibly a tile is missing. I've played it a number of times and there has never been a problem playing the game because of a missing part.

All cards and dice are accounted for. The one unique figure is the spider, which is included. All figures, cards, tiles are in great condition - nothing is broken. The board is in great condition.

I moved the figures to a separate box (which is included) because I could never get everything to fit in the original box.
