This is Serial # 0643, a heavier, solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made for Buckles Unlimited of Centerville, Utah, by The Buckle Works of Los Gatos, California. It measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 5.4 oz.
Would consider trades for other belt buckles.
