We would NOT be selling if my wife was comfortable with the abundant size and power. I bought a pair of these bikes on Amazon last year for my wife and I. THE BIKE IS IN PERFECT CONDITION but it's too large for my wife's small frame and comfort level, so I've bought her a bike with 20" tires vs 26" that are on this bike.

Here is what we experienced:
Top speed seems to be between 27-30 mph, but trust me, THAT'S a lot of speed on an electric bike It takes off like a shot IF you use the accelerator. The bike has pedal assist, which can increase/decrease the acceleration from a standstill.
The range is incredible. You will see there are only 32.5 miles on it now and it hardly used 13% of the lithium (Samsung) battery Comes with a very nice charger
Bright LED headlight, front and back disc brakes with the ability to choose how much pedaling you do vs how much the electric motor does.
Seat is extremely comfortable, but like any bike, there are many ways to customize to your liking.
