selling our 2010 heartland cyclone toy hauler

40 ft 3 slides, bedroom, kitchen & family room. sleeps up to 12 people, loft with a queen size bed. Am/Fm radio, with sub. Built in DVD player. master bath + a half bath 12 foot garage. rear hitch on the back. 100 gallon fresh water tank. 5500 Onnan on board generator with under 550 hours. 25 gallon fuel system. 2 new awnings. Geesebox 18k hitch All new brake and tail lights done by a shop 9/2025 all new 14 ply tires tires put on the end of 9/2025, on race line wheels bought a few years ago. the roof was re-sealed in the beginning of 3/2026

on the passenger side there’s some wear on the fender from the previous owner.

by the bedroom slide there is some cracks in the fiber glass that have been there for years. we have put flex tape on them and water has been kept out.

the main slide has a hard time going in and out on its own and has to be assisted (gets caught). there’s a couple scuffs on the floor where the slide got caught on the floor in the past.

Rear toy hauler door has been re done (haven’t taken pictures of the new ramp). there will be some wear and tear it is 16 years old but has been taken care of.
