I'll be renting a house located in Ogden. 4 bedroom 2 bath house. There's a 5th room that has no closet so not technically considered a bedroom but you can make into one or an office. There's an open carport that fits 2 cars but 4+ fit in the driveway. Corner house, no fence. No pets allowed.

House is currently being cleaned up and some remodeling going on. Looking to rent it mid March or 1st of April.

Asking $2,100 for rent. You will pay water, sewer, electricity, gas, etc. Asking $2,100 deposit and first month's rent.

Looking for a family, or if you want to do a roommate situation I can also consider it. I live in Ogden and can show you the property in the evenings during the week or we can anytime during the weekend.
