Pretty much brand new, new tires. But we believe the motor went out and I cannot find a replacement for it. Selling for parts, there are new motors you can buy but I had no idea how to replace it. Everything turns inside the motor and it’s spinning the wheel but when you apply pressure to the will, it doesn’t spin the tire anymore, but the motor is still turning inside the wheel . Thank you
