Hi! My name's Olivia, I’m looking for someone to rent a private room in a spacious Millcreek apartment. The move-in date would be May 1st. The room is $900/month plus utilities (usually around $150 for gas and electricity). You’d get the larger of the two bedrooms, complete with a full closet. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, though I’m open to adjusting the furniture if that is something you need. The place has a great, large fenced-in yard and shared parking (either in the driveway or on the street). It’s a one-year lease. I’m hoping to find a long-term roommate. My current roommate is taking her washer and dryer when she moves out—I’m buying a replacement, but if you happen to have your own, that could be a bonus! The location is extremely convenient, being close to I-80, Sugarhouse, and downtown, and it’s also an easy walk to OTC for breakfast or coffee. A little about me: I’m 27, work full-time (not from home) as a graphic designer, and have a black cat named Squid. I’m non-religious, queer-friendly, and would prefer a non–weed smoker.
